2018 1st Place Winner

“Rosie the Riveter and Girl Scouts Can Do It!”

​

The Duxbury Girl Scouts built a float representing American icon, Rosie the Riveter. The Girl Scouts dressed up as Rosies working on a Jeep assembly line. The Girl Scouts share the same qualities with all the Rosies who worked hard during WWII.

2018 Parade Winners

  • 1st Place: Duxbury Girl Scouts ($500)

  • 2nd Place: Tinkertown Neighborhood Assn ($400)

  • 3rd Place: Pricilla Beach Theatre ($350)

  • 4th Place: Community Garden Club of Duxbury ($300)

  • 5th Place: Duxbury Interfaith Council ($250)
